About us
Now in our fourth year of guiding pilgrims to the House of Allah.
Hajj with FHM is led by Ulama and experienced guides, serving pilgrims from Botswana, South Africa, Eswatini and Lesotho. Our guidance is free of charge, from your first step on Nusuk to your return home.
Our relationship with Al Bait Guests
Alhamdulillah, our Hajj services are delivered with Al Bait Guests, a Hajj service provider authorised by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. Their experienced Hajj guides work alongside us to support you with education, spiritual preparation and logistics, from registration until you return home.
How it works
Your path to Hajj 1448
Hajj from Southern Africa is booked directly on Nusuk Hajj, the official platform of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. Every step happens at hajj.nusuk.sa, and we guide you through each one, free of charge.
01 Prepare your documentsWe check your documents before you upload, so they pass the first time.
Your step
Have a passport valid until at least December 2027, a clear scan of its photo page, a recent photo on a white background, and one personal email address for the whole season.
02 Register and get verifiedWe walk you through the form, step by step.
Your step
Create your account at hajj.nusuk.sa on a computer, upload your documents and complete the application exactly as your passport reads. Nusuk then reviews it, so reply quickly to any correction request.
03 Link your groupWe help you set up and link your group correctly.
Your step
Couples and families book together under one lead applicant. Everyone must be verified and linked before sales open.
04 Fund your eWalletWe guide you on budgeting, payments and timing.
Your step
Once you are verified, fund your Nusuk eWallet in Saudi Riyals. There is no pay-later option, so the full package amount must be in it before sales day.
05 Choose and bookWe help you compare packages and decide before the day, so booking is calm.
Your step
Packages are published first, then sales open on an announced date. Places are secured in the order bookings are completed.
06 Prepare for the journeyClasses and seminars with our Ulama, so you arrive ready in body, mind and soul.
Your step

Questions
Frequently asked
Who is Hajj with FHM?
A Hajj group now in its fourth year, guided by Ulama and experienced guides, serving pilgrims from Botswana, South Africa, Eswatini and Lesotho. Hajj services are delivered with Al Bait Guests.
Does your guidance cost anything?
No. Our guidance is free of charge.
Does registering here book my Hajj?
No. Registering lets our team contact you and guide you. Hajj is booked and paid for only on Nusuk Hajj.
When are your classes and seminars?
Details of our classes and seminars are shared in our WhatsApp group.
I live here but hold another country’s passport. Can you help?
Yes. Your route to Hajj can depend on your passport and where you live, including if you hold a second nationality. Tell us your passport country in our form, and our team will talk you through the options that apply to you.
When does Nusuk registration open?
Registration for Hajj 1448 is not open yet. We will announce it in our WhatsApp group as soon as it opens.
Can I register on my phone?
Use a computer. Uploads and long forms are easier there. The Nusuk phone app is a separate platform and is not where Hajj is booked.
What documents do I need?
A scan of your passport photo page (JPG or PNG, 800 x 400 px, up to 1MB) and a recent photo (JPG or PNG, 200 x 200 px, up to 1MB) on a white background, with no glasses or hats. Sisters wear a plain headscarf.
I am verified. Do I have a place?
Not yet. Verification readies your account. Your place is secured only when you book and pay on sales day.
How do couples and families book together?
One lead applicant books for the group and can add up to seven family members. Everyone must be verified and linked before sales open.
Can I book Hajj through another app or website?
No. Hajj packages are sold only on hajj.nusuk.sa. Make every payment inside Nusuk.
When will the key dates be announced?
Each date is set by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. We share them in our WhatsApp group as soon as they are confirmed.
How does the eWallet work?
Once you are verified, you fund your Nusuk eWallet in Saudi Riyals by card or bank transfer. The full package amount must be in it before sales day. Send a small test amount first to check your payment route works.
Are there fees, and can I get money back?
Your bank charges exchange and international fees, and Nusuk adds a processing fee. Unused funds can be withdrawn to the original payment method. This takes several weeks, and the processing fee is deducted.
What does a package include?
Visa, flights, accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, meals, transport, Mashair services and guidance. Shifting packages give you a stay near the Mashair for the Hajj days and a second stay in Makkah. Non-Shifting packages keep you in one place in Makkah throughout.

Your Hajj is an amanah. We treat it as one.
